Even established business need to upgrade their online footprint. Toronto Refurbishing has been restoring wood furniture and millwork since 1961 with the initial thought of saving their clients money verses the cost of the replacement.
Their previous site had become quite dated and was no longer living up to it’s full potential. Their staff was able to make some simple changes but it wasn’t easily view-able on all devices or screens. Most of their business is conducted B2B, but the need for a professional website was important with the changing generations and ever increasing use of mobile devices.
After brainstorming with key players in the business, we were able to identify key needs and wants to improve the user’s experience. They wanted to better feature their services as well as the benefits of refurbishing vs. replacing. Additionally, real life case studies were provided to assist a potential client a snapshot of how Toronto Refurbishing could provide a cost effective solution.
