Most small business owners I work with aren't avoiding social media because they don't see the point. They're avoiding it because it's one more thing at the end of a long day, and it's the first thing to slide when work gets busy. I take it off your plate. I plan the content, write the captions, build the graphics from your existing branding, and post on a schedule — so your presence stays steady whether it's your quiet season or your busiest month. I've been doing this for small businesses across Oxford, Brant, and Norfolk County since 2016.
Not sure which platforms are worth your time? Most small businesses do better on one or two than on five they can’t keep up with. That’s the first thing we’d work out.
Every business is different, and these packages are a starting point — not a ceiling. If something doesn’t quite fit, let’s talk. I’d rather build something that actually works for you than fit you into a box that doesn’t.

I manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile. Most small businesses I work with are active on two, not five. If you’re considering a platform I don’t cover, tell me what you’re trying to reach and I’ll give you an honest opinion on whether it’s worth your time.
I create it. That includes writing captions, designing graphics, scheduling posts, and building a content calendar so you can see what’s going out before it goes. What I need from you is raw material — job site photos, product shots, news about what’s happening in your business. A quick phone photo is usually all it takes.
Posting frequency depends on your package, typically 3–5 posts per week. More isn’t automatically better; consistency matters more than volume, and a steady three posts a week outperforms a burst of daily posts followed by three quiet weeks.
Comment monitoring and replies are included / are available as an add-on. I’ll flag anything that needs your direct input — a pricing question or a complaint should come from you, not from me. Routine questions and general engagement I handle.
Packages start at $397 per month. Pricing scales with how many platforms you’re on and how often you post. There’s no long-term contract — plans are month to month, and you can change or cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Almost certainly not. Most small businesses do better on one or two platforms where their customers actually are than on five they can’t keep up with. A trades business and a retail shop usually belong in completely different places, and spreading thin across all of them is the most common social media mistake I see.
Website Design & Branding
No more marketing that feels off-brand. No more designs that don’t deliver. Together we’ll build a website and a strategy that reflect what your business is actually capable of, so you attract the clients you want to work with.
