What is my involvement during the design process?

We want you to be fully involved in the design process. We start off by having discovery session that will allow you to bring any samples, colour combinations, swatches, and ideas you may have to start the creative juices. From there, we go to work creating the concepts and you will be asked to review and approve the drafts.

What is included in the brand guidelines?

You will receive detailed guidelines on how to use your new logo across a variety of applications – you will also get detailed colours, logo variations and how/when to use them, fonts, logo and dos/don’ts.

What files do I receive after you've completed my logo?

Once we’ve completed our work together, you’ll get a zip library of all of your logo files including PNG, JPG, EPS, PDF and AI files – even versions specific for screen and print. You’ll also get different orientations and colour variations of your logo where applicable so you have it for every application. Plus, your logo files will be 100% yours.

Can you help with other design items?

Of course! We can design anything from a business card design and email signature, note card, envelope design, social media templates, labels, or packaging design, brochures and multi-page booklets etc. If you need a few of these items, we can develop a package that makes the most sense for your business. Do you do a free mock-up design?

We do not do any mock-ups or spec work for free as a trial to see if we are the company for you. You are more than welcome to explore our portfolio to see if our styles and abilities might fit your projects. Alternatively, you can book a call with us to see if we’re a good fit.

Don't have the budget, can I make my own logo or brand?

Absolutely. We understand when starting your business that money hasn’t started flowing. Although, we strongly recommend making this investment in your business, there is platforms that you can use to create your own logo – such as Canva, Adobe Express and others.
